パニーニ　菜の花ソース

材料　調理時間10分

• フランスパン　1本
• チェダーチーズ　4枚
• フリルレタス　2枚
• トマト　3スライス
• 塩　適量
• ハモン・ド・ガルシア14ヶ月　　4枚
• ハラペーニョ5切れ
• 菜の花ソース（菜の花2本・マヨネーズ・黒胡椒・醤油・エクストラバージンオリーブオイル）　適量

Panini rape blossom sauce

material　　Cooking time 10 minutes

• 1 bottle of French bread
• 4 pieces of cheddar cheese
• 2 pieces of frill lettuce
• 3 slices of tomato
• Appropriate amount of salt
  Hamon de Garcia 14 months 4 sheets
• 5 jalapeno slices
• Rape blossom sauce (2 rape blossoms, mayonnaise, black pepper, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil) Appropriate amount

作り方

1. レタスを水洗いして水気を切る
2. 菜の花と水をタッパーに入れ600wで10分レンジで加熱
3. 火が入っている事を確認して氷水で熱を冷ます
4. 菜の花の水気を切り、細かくみじん切りにする
5. 残りの材料と合わせる
6. フランスパンをか半分にカット
7. フライパンに置いてバーナーで軽く温めながら焼き色をつける
8. ニンニクを擦り合わせてフランスパンにニンニクの香りを移す
9. チェダーチーズを並べバーナーで軽く溶かす
10. トマトを並べて軽めに塩を振る
11. 生ハムを乗せてエクストラバージンオリーブオイルを適量垂らす
12. ハラペーニョを乗せる
13. 被せる用のフランスパンに菜の花のソースを満遍なく塗って乗せる
14. 半分にカットして美味しく頂く

How to make

1. Wash the lettuce with water and drain it.
2. Put rape blossoms and water in a tapper and heat in a microwave oven at 600w for 10 minutes.
3. Make sure it is heated and cool it with ice water.
4. Drain the rape blossoms and chop them into small pieces.
5. Combine with the rest of the material
6. Cut baguette in half
7. Place it in a frying pan and lightly heat it with a burner to brown it.
8. Rub the garlic together to transfer the garlic aroma to the French bread
9. Arrange the cheddar cheese and melt it lightly with a burner.
10. Line up the tomatoes and lightly sprinkle with salt.
11. Add prosciutto and add an appropriate amount of extra virgin olive oil.
12. Put jalapeno on
13. Apply rapeseed sauce to French bread
14. Cover it, cut it in half and eat it deliciously
